| I was fortunate to haved served with Major Pettet in the early 1970's. At that time he was the DEH in the Karlsruhe Military Community. He came into the job at a time when there was not enough funding for projects and not enough personnel to get the jobs completed. He proved to be a skilled manager and a great communicator and soon had the organization up and running. As a result, the Karlsruhe Military Community was soon back in award winning condition. In short, he was a great manager and was a true "people person". |
