Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Bill Roth on March 26, 2009:

It was my good fortune to spend three years on the swimming team with Willie. He swam the toughest event, the Individual medley, and never missed an event. He was always willing to do more than he had to, so it was as no surprise that he successfully took on many challenges after we left the Academy. Of course we all know the way he ran our internet forums. His unimpeachable standard of ethics allowed him to weather all manner of currents. I always thought that he was such a stalwart, that it is really hard for us all to accept his passing. Maybe someone else needed him more than we do.

Willie be at peace. You will be missed.
