To Willy Welter, whose lifetime of service and achievement exemplified the highest standards of dedication to Duty, Honor, Country, and to his classmates, who were fortunate enough to have shared with him the unique experience of West Point and the all too few years beyond. May the good Lord cause his countenance to shine upon Willy and grant him peace. Shelly |
