Frank Jay Robertson Col. Frank J. Robertson, 71, U.S. Army Retired of Chester, died Sunday, February 1, 2004. He was a graduate of West Point. He was a veteran of the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He is the son of the late Francis J. and Elizabeth Brown Robertson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alida W. Robertson. He is survived by two sons, Frank J. Robertson Jr. of Lancaster, Va. and Wallace J. Robertson of Chester; brother, Russell J. Robertson of Beaufort, N.C.; sister, Jacqueline R. Prusak of Hopewell Junction, N.Y.; and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2004 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake, Va. with full military honors.
