| I played in the Mohawk Central School (now Central Academy) band with Dr. Haponski. He was a great friend and classmate. He returned to Mohawk to be our speaker for our 25 th class reunion. Bill was a PhD in shakesperian literature, taught at college in Vermont and was a battalion tank commander during the Korean conflict. An awsome background for a small-town guy from the Mohawk Valley> Semper Fi, ill. |
