"When you look up at the beautiful sky at night and see the stars as they bedeck the heavens like swinging lanterns of eternity, you think you can see all. Oh no, you can not see all. You can never see the law of gravity that holds them there." In loving memory of John Michael Kallfelz. This man was remarkably intelligent and left back noteworthy accomplishments. Though he had his faults, like everyone else, he was my father and he loved me as a father should love his daughter. However, he never talked to me about his days at West Point and I would like to hear some stories about those days at the military academy. If anyone would like to share their impressions of my father back then, please feel free to do so. |
