Be Thou At Peace

It was my great pleasure to attend prep school and West Point with Ben Tindall. At USMA, we were roommates for all four years. Always the good communicator, Ben would practice his Russian on me and I'd drill him in Portuguese. Ben was a curious and serious student, who was forward-thinking and self-directed. He was always "wrestling" a book or a challenge. Our paths crossed again at GA Tech, where we both pursued advanced degrees. Our families enjoyed grilling out with our children running around. I can still picture him with grill tongs and his contagious laugh. Ben blazed his own path and was forever young at heart. It was an honor to know Ben and serve with him in the Long Gray Line. Bonnie and I send our deepest sympathies to Becca and the children. May God grant Ben's family and friends grace and peace. |
