| What a great spirit Jesse had. I remember the pride with which he carried the Company L-1 guidon in parades and drills our First Class year. When we passed in review, his strut always drew smiles from the reviewing party. No one in the company was happier nor prouder when we won the First Regimental Drill Streamer that spring. |
