| I knew (then) Col Ward LeHardy in Panama from 1978-1981 when he was the Deputy Brigade Commander for Maneuver and I was a Company Commander. He was an inspiration to every junior officer in my Battalion and an example we all wanted to emulate. "Well Done" Sir. |
