Paul was one of my roomies in Beast Barracks, along with Daniel Johnson. From that first day in July 1954 I knew him as a friend. He was a steady hand from day one, and I never remember him down about anything. He would just jump in with a smile and "get er done." Paul Johnson seemed like a rock to me, one of those people whose strength of heart and presence will not disappear. Paul lives in our hearts and minds. May God bring peace to his wonderful wife Paula, and to all the family members of this wonderful man. Bob Dey |
