So many wonderful memories - our K-1 days, our flight school times, our tour in Hawaii in the 25th, and the reunions. As quarterback in our plebe year you led our K-1 intramural football team to the Corps Championship, a heck of an achievement for a South Area bunch. You rose above your failure to become an Army aviator and achieved far greater pinnacles of success in the Army. Barb and I will treasure our times together at the reunions, our K-1 affair in N.O., and our class reunions in SF and N.O. Do you recall you and I deciding to break open a bottle of Tom's very expensive booze that he had furnished our hospitality room in our K-1 Micro, and then you later putting away a humongous number of crawfish at the brunch. I will never forget you and Pat coming down to the hotel lobby in our SF Mini at 5 AM to see the Deelys and Barb and I off as we left for an early flight. Then there was the cruise prior to the N.O. Mini which we enjoyed together, and the one-hour drive out into the countryside on our return for fried catfish, and Barb making me promise not to tell you that I do not like catfish. Wonderful times Pete - you were one in a million.
