Bob and I were classmates in Company L-1. I remember sitting next to him at the final dinner of our 50th Reunion and he told me he had made 573 jumps as a paratrooper in the Army during his career. I had never known a person making so many jumps (30 qualified one as a senior jumper and 65 as a master jumper)...He was a great friend. Jim Hankee |
