| Red bar-b-qued the best roast that I have ever tasted from a grill one night in the early 60s. He had a special technique of searing it with cognac that I have tried but never succeeded in duplicating. The taste was only surpassed by his warmth as a good host. The world will never know what a good chef he might have been. |
