Soldier, Citizen, Officer and Gentleman. Bill Schwartz combined drive, knowledge, and a dream to achieve his many, diverse callings. I learned from him on projects we shared. Not only will Bill be missed by all who knew him, but by others who have no idea who he was yet profited by his actions. Bill Schwartz: rest in peace. You ran a brilliant course. |
