I knew "Doc", because we were both runts. I met him in Beast Barracks and had a couple of classes with him. We were on the Debate Council and Forum together and saw each other frequently on campus, at Ft. Buckner, on class trips, etc. Unfortunately, I did not serve with him after graduation, but did see him a couple of times later. Very saddened to learn of his passing.
