| What a wonderful, sweet soul was Leon, willing to do just about anything for anybody, anytime. Leon, George, Nick, Dirck, I, and many others of the "Not Obnoxiously Eager" K-1 boys had such a great time together just hanging out. I am quite sure Leon's GPA would have been much higher had he not dedicated so much time to helping those of us not as academically adept. Many will remember that Dirck and I were confined to our room for almost all of firstie year. I shall never forget Leon bringing us a bit of the outside world with frequent visits. I still miss him tremendously -- guess I always will. |
