I just wanted to mention that I wore a POW/MIA bracelet for many years bearing his name. I ordered it through the mail when I was about 12 or 13 (1971 or 1972). I just ran across it in my jewelry box and decided to research him. Thank you for providing his picture and all this information! I had tried to research him from time to time over the years and now finally have what I was looking for. My bracelet stills has the little blue star sticker on it for MIA. I extend my sympathy and condolences to his family and friends. |
