Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Jack Price on April 19, 2001:

I was with Mike at the beginning and the end of our cadetships. Mike was instantaneously famous for his thunderous voice, the first time he opened his mouth in Beast. The upperclass would cluster around him just to hear him sound off. There was never any question as to who our Brigade Adjutant was going to be. You almost expected to feel the groud vibrate when he was performing!

During the last rotation first class year, I came up to Brigade Staff as one of the new assistants to the primary staff. Mike was a stellar cadet and bound for stars as an officer. I never served with Mike after graduation, but he certainly represented the best of our class.
