| Jay was my good friend and was my squadron commander in the WA ANG for many years. He took care of his people, knew what he was doing, and was someone who I would willingly follow to war. He played Hearts and Handball and was good at both. He was a common-sense engineering officer and wasn't afraid to call BS when some plan didn't pass a sanity check. He was a good and honorable man. He did well. I miss him. |
