Be Thou At Peace

Dear Rich, Mike, Norm, and Dirck,


The echos of your wonderful memorial service for my Peter, at his
gravesite, are still with me.


There were a few tears, but, as Peter's Mother, I know there will
always be tears. There is no more devastating sorrow than the death
of a child. But, it was not a sad occasion.


I felt that we celebrated Peter's courage and integrity, and even a
foible or two.


One of the greatest blessings I have received is the priveledge of
having Peter with me during the last three years of his illness. His
rapier wit and keen intelligence seemed to survive all he went through.


The family joins me in thanking you all, and Marge and Holly, for a
wonderful memory.
