I served with William H Landgraf while I was SGM of the 8th Inf Div Airborne School in Wiesbaden Gemany We had a change of command at the school and Lt Landgraf was assigned as the commadant of the ABN school. He was what you expected of an Airborne officer. He was well liked and set an outstanding example for both the cadre and the students. He and his wife Nancy would come to our quarters and talk about things and play with our kids. He was a fine man and officer, and is missed. He was an example of a USMA GRAD - DUTY HONOR COUNTRY AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY |
