| Duncan and I worked together to assist a graduate who was in trouble with the law. It became Duncan's objective to have a second judicial system for veterans in trouble due to service related problems. He was successful in helping to establish an alternative program for veterans with judges sympathetic to the background issues caused by service disabilities. Treatment instead of incarceration. |
