Gil was one of "our" cadets. My Dad, Col William F. Roos class of June 1942 taught Math and Engineering at WP. We would have 5 cadets come for dinner and throw the football around. I loved living at WP, it was a great place to grow up. I was 12 yrs old but the cadets treated us like adults. I remember Gil very well. I have some pictures of Gil during his cadet years if you would like a copy of them. I am sorry to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to his family. Libby Roos |
