| Lee and I were good friends at West Point; he always made time to "help a goat in distress." We were members of each other's wedding parties. He was passionate about everything he did, and he is deeply, deeply in love with Janet. He is a man of extraordinary integrity and energy; all who were privileged to know him are better because of him. The man who all-ways volunteered to be "on-point" and could be trusted to get us home...and I trust him even now to do the same. A great man, a great friend...a greater soldier, who gives all of us a sense of having "completed the mssion" of Strength and Drive. |
