I did not know Tom during cadet days as each of us was in that "other regiment," however he was the perfect advertisement for a WP cadet - great stature, excellent athlete, intelligent, excellent leader. Got to know him while serving at West Point in the mid-70's, and that relationship continued primarily via golf outings and reunions; he was always enjoyable to be around. As others have mentioned he always had a smile on has face and always friendly. He was a class act; he is already missed. |
