| Duncan was District Engineer in Huntington WV at one time. I have since retired in Huntington and have been pleased to hear about Duncan and Carolyn from their many friends here. All express great sorrow at his passing. I thought it important to note that, on our assignments, we leave many memories and friends in those communities. Certainly that was true of Duncan and I am proud, as a classmate, to pass those sentiments along from those he touched. |
