I knew Col Scruggs at Ft Bragg. He always offered sage advise to "us" junior officers. I always remember him with a smile on his face. He always had time to mentor everyone that asked for help. Hoooah Sir! RIP...we'll take it from here. Frank Bush LTC (R) Special Forces |
