| I first met Fred at an English help class plebe year. He was from a small Kentucky town and I a small Tennessee town both mothers were school teachers. We shared info about our childhoods. I remember that he used to bring moonshine back after visits home. He was an unflappable and easy-going guy. Hugh Fred be thou at peace. |
