| I will always remember Ron as the shortest member of our beast squad (4th squad, 4 platoon, 6th New Cadet Company). Little did I know at the time that he was the shortest man in the class. With other members of the squad such as Tad Ono, George Seaworth, Fred Grates and Jon King, we were all "too tough to grow" or just "tall enough to reach the ground". He was always happy and kept us in good cheer even during those less than happy days. I will miss him. Be thou at peace Ron. |
