| I remember Colin when we were L-2 Plebes. Throughout that year, Toby maintained a sense of humor that buoyed all of us Plebes. It was central to his character, an ability to laugh at the absurd and hardships that we dealt with. That "light touch" I'm sure prevailed during his successful life. Finally, fully at peace old friend. |
