| I did not know Frank very well as a cadet nor did we serve together in the Army. I met Frank at the very end of my working days when I moved to the Orlando Fla. area in '99. Frank was one of the first folks I met there. He was such a wonderful individual and constantly helped me get familiar with the area and new folks. I will always be grateful to him. During this time I realized the strength of character and strong religious belief he possessed. I was delighted to call him friend and classmate. Unfortunately,mI moved away after 5 years and we lost contact. I will miss him. RIP Frank. S&D |
