| Kim became a good friend during our time at the academy. He seemed always to have a twinkle in his eyes and a look suggesting he had just heard a good joke. Being around him lifted my spirits. Perhaps because he knew of my problems growing up, he invited me to his home during a break, providing me a chance to meet his supportive family who welcomed me warmly. He remains my role model for facing life with a positive attitude. |
