| just found this online; currently deployed to iraq with the 3rd infantry division (mechanized) as the aide-de-camp to the commanding general. mike berdy was my father's older, and only, brother. never got the opportunity to meet him; only lived off of the stories and people i was introduced to or ran into that knew him or my father. my father, andy berdy, retired a few years ago after 30 years of army service and now lives in the san diego area. my younger brother, named michael berdy, is an infantry captain assigned to the 25th infantry, class of 1997, and about to take command of an infantry company. i will be departing iraq shortly to attend georgetown university as part of the joint chiefs of staff internship program. you can contact my father at: aberdy@nsmicrowave.com or aberdy@aol.com; my brother at berdym@schofield.army.mil or berdyma@hawaii.rr.com; myself at elberdy@msn.com or erik.berdy@stewart.army.mil. |
