| Curt had a infectious smile that followed me for a few years in the '60's & '70's. In H-2 he was just a few doors away in north Area, and we shared many a goat math section together. Curt and Chuck Heindrichs lived a few doors down from my bride, Bobbye, and me - just outside the north gate at Ft Carson for a year just before we went to Ft Stewart [Camp Swampy] for fixed wing flight training. I lost touch as we shipped out to RVN but did see him and Lenny a few times, memorably on a visit to ATL when their daughter was playing in a tennis competition. I will miss you Curt. |
