Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Jon King on January 22, 2008:

I am proud to say that I was a friend of George O'Toole's. George was a terrific guy with a wonderful sense of humor and an everlasting gleem in his eye to pull one more prank to see what he could get away with. George was a very loyal friend and I can remember many times when we would go out on the town together and have a great time. George was not known for his academic prowess but made up for that with a quick wit and a joke or two. George was someone who I always admired as he had true grit and always gave 110% in anything he did outside of academics. George will truely be missed by those of us who knew him and loved him for his loyalty, sense of humor, and incredible smile that would light up a room on the gloomiest of days. George thanks for being my friend and the friend of many others - You will surely be missed. I am sure that you are home with the Lord and look forward to seeing you in Heaven some day - hopefully not too soon. All the best for now. Your friend and classsmate, Jon King.
