Jack, It's been such a long, long time. Remember all those trips from West Point to RI/MA for weekends, dinner at my sister's in CT, all those great Glee Club trips around the US, and all those times just sitting and talking about the world and us. Those were wonderful times. I also remember that dark day in 1968 in Tam Ky, VN when I found out that you were gone. It was especially tough in that it was my 23rd birthday. We were so young and my friend had been taken. All that promise for success and contribution had evaporated. I still do think about you often, especially when I ride on I-95. God Bless you Jack. Put in a good word for me. |
