Frank was a truly unique, gifted and talented individual. He was a good friend whose passing evoked a flood of great memories of hijinks and hilarity with this one-of-a-kind guy at West Point, on weekend leaves and later at Fort Carson, where Frank brought his irrepressible personality and wit to the olive drab Army. Never knew where Frank's career would take him but there was never a doubt he would be a big success in whatever endeavor he pursued. God bless to family and loved ones. |
