| Perhaps the two greatests moments of one's life...the moment of birth and the moment of death....the alpha and the omega. The former an occasion we are totally incapable of influencing. The latter, however, an occasion that some folks do have an opportunity to influence....to script....or to shape. In these past weeks / months John, Joan and the entire Oristian family set an incredible example for how to leave this world with grace, dignity, stlyle, and abundant love. All who know and love John and Joan have been profoundly blessed in the gift and the example that will help define their legacy of friendship to us all. |
