From the "Howitzer" -- 1969 "Michael Gene Snell, San Juan, Puerto Rico. G-1 "From the deep, deep South, Sneller comes to us from Sunny San Juan. He has lost much of his golden tan during his prolonged stay on the banks of the Hudson, but never his identity -- a feat well worth achieving. Always a few steps ahead of the T.D., Mike has managed a maximum of chance, with a minimum of punishment. Able to attack a textbook, or an athletic field with equal fortitude, he's seldom a loser, and always a victor. Through moments both serious and light, Sneller's friendship is valued as a treasured possession of those who know him. "Infantry" USMA classmate and Social Science section-mate, may you rest in peace. |
