Be Thou At Peace
Posted by Tom Rozman on July 15, 2008:
Brian and I did not cross paths often after graduation but my memories of him at the Academy were of a quintessential gentleman who always had time for his colleagues. He always struck me as unflappable under stress and someone who had a good sense of where he was going. His later career clearly demonstrated these traits.
Having just said goodbye to my Dad at Arlington National Cemetery on 7 July, the poignancy of Brian's sudden departure really strikes home. We were 749 strong. Now our ranks are beginning to thin as some of our number enter the eternal Long Gray Line. From that line, Brian will always be with us.
God bless Brian and his family.
