| Brigadier and I were roommates, I was at his wedding, and he was my best man. I lost contact with him after that. But he made an indebible impression on me --- his huge smile, horselaugh, and some quality of gentlemanliness and integrity he always possessed. I remember his beautiful bride, too, and I hope she is doing well. I was shocked to see him die so early. |
