| While Tim's many accomplishments will remain classified long after we are all gone, he was a leader and at the forefront in bringing the capabilities of Space Based National Technical Means to the Warfighter at the tactical, operational and strategic levels and in the Special Technical Operations arena. His vision and efforts have contributed immensly, and saved lives, in all conflicts of the last thirty plus years. |
