| Ross was a soldier. I doubt that any member of the Class of 70 "moved to the sound of the guns" more than Ross Kelly. Given the nature of covert operations, we'll never know exactly how many times. He was also a student of the arts, literature, and music, and a brilliant orator. (No one directed classical music like Ross did during a mess hall rally!) The hardest I've ever laughed in my life was during our Plebe parent weekend, when he lectured us all on life. Ross, I-1 borrowed you, but you'll always be a member of the F-1 Marching 100. My heart goes out to your family. |
