I served with Paul in 1973 in ARADCOM on a middle site in Massschusetts for a year or so and then again in Korea. Because of an extra 2 days time in service I was the battery commander and Paul was my XO. We were together for another almost year. Paul was fabulous, smart, funny, really hard working and truly inspiring. He made Korea livable for me. We talked about Notre Dame, his second choice, but fortunately for me he chose USMA. The world is a much lesser place without Paul. Peter |
