First my apologies for not knowing that this site existed. Better late than never. Rich was my roommate for the majority of time at USMA. He came to us from GA where his dad was a CSM. Like many of us Rich wasn't necessarily the brightest in the company and Beast year was particularly tough on him. But he persevered and made it through to our Recognition ceremony. Of all the guys I knew at USMA Rich was by far the hardest working and most persistent. He was kind to a fault and would give you the shirt off his back. Rich went FA and left the service after his five year commitment. I was able to finally get in touch with him in Virginia Beach. He was working for a sign company and was apparently doing quite well. Additionally he met his future wife at a church social. They had recently married. |
