Be Thou At Peace

Posted by Ken Stevenson on October 14, 2002:

Randy was my first roommate plebe year in September 1973. He lived as an example to us all, doing anything and everything asked of him. He was quiet and reserved but driven. He was a man of courage and common sense. I remember many nights how I would tire and want to go to bed but he would remain up late doing his homework. Of course, I'd feel guilty and get up and go back to studying. He liked to laugh and joke but was serious when called for. When we first stated, he came to see me in the hospital and helped keep me remain caught up the classes we attended together. He was also a great help to me when I had trouble with gym class after leaving the hospital. I remember he had a beautiful girl friend to whom he was very devoted. I'm sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed.
