Jane & Wyatt, I met and first worked with Brian in 2000 when he was the Battalion Commander for the 232nd MED BN as we transitioned 91B Combat Medics to now our 68Ws. From our first meeting, I knew that I was working with a solid citizen, a great husband, father, officer, and physician. We had been in touch on occasion through e-mails and at conferences since. This morning I found out that Brian had a meeting with our deployed departmental Sergeant Major just before his return. The Sergeant Major gave him one of our coins and Brian joked that instead of calling it the Department of Medical Science he should call it the 'Deployed' Medical Science coin! I will pray for Brian - your husband, Jane and your father, Wyatt - so that his soul may rest with all the souls of the faithfully departed forever. Well Done. Mike Pasquarella, Class of 1973 |
