COL Allgood visited Tobyhanna Army Depot Occupational Health Clinic - a two hour drive from West Point - once. But once was enough for me to observe outstanding qualities in this man immediately. A keen intellect and modesty were what struck me most. He did not speak much during the visit but one felt his leadership qualities when in his presence.He went on to assist the Tobyhanna Clinic in many ways despite his demands at Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point. He made very warm remarks as Commander at the KACH Holiday Party I attended. His tragic death personally upset me a great deal. My heartfelt sympathies to his family and to others who loved him.
