Dear Jane, I believe all the Ladies of the Class of 1982 wish we could transcend space and be with you at this time, to grip hands and also to keep you in our embrace. Brian was a tremendous man. You two were so fortunate to have each other's love and support. His loss is a tragedy for the Army and the country, but most of all for you, Wyatt, and the rest of his family. I live in your 'old neighborhood' in Lusk now, and walk past your old house every morning on my way to work. I'll think of you, Brian, and Wyatt each time I pass, and I pray that in some way, in time, you are able to find comfort. Much Love, Laurie |
