Brian was the soft-spoken, humble, kind, and caring officer and Surgeon whose words and deeds won him friends and admirers. He was always accessible, whether it was a young soldier or lieutenant during a 5K run or a foreign national. He would have been a superb AMEDD general officer. I knew Brian when he was 18th MEDCOM, 121 Commander. He was articulate in his concerns about OCONUS health care issues in Korea and the need for joint solutions. May his memory live on in his colleagues and friends. My heartfelt sympathy to his family. Art & Jenny Wallace |
